The Axeb Service Manual describes in detail how the service should be carried out and inspected. The service manual enables us to provide all-inclusive documentation, while also guaranteeing a good and consistent service for our customers.

Our service products also include installation, preventive maintenance, rotor inspection, on-site repairs, calibration, hotline, IQ/OQ, and "all-inclusive" service agreements.

It is important that all repairs, adjustments and amendments are carried out by persons with the necessary professional knowledge of the design, function and application of the device. At worst, equipment which has been adjusted and serviced incorrectly may lead to both injuries and damage to other laboratory equipment. Furthermore, any guaranty will be void for products that have been subjected to an unauthorized service.

Another precondition is that the technicians who carry out the service are familiar with current measuring methods in accordance with requirements and standards. Furthermore, they need to have thorough knowledge of mechanics – strong forces are in motion when the centrifuge is working.
